前期投資人擁有項(xiàng)目股權(quán)70%股份，投資人收回投資成本后投資人擁有項(xiàng)目30%股份。

合伙人提供停車場信息，海智匯科審核建站數(shù)據(jù)。
符合建站條件并完成充電站建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營。海智匯科給項(xiàng)目信息方每個(gè)車位500元信息費(fèi)。
合伙人能夠完成場站運(yùn)營維護(hù)，海智匯科向合伙人提供項(xiàng)目收益的3%作為回報(bào)。
